605 Grit Fitness is proud to host our First Annual Deadlifting competition. This competition will be a “Best Of Three” event, where each competitor will have a chance to hit their biggest and best deadlift attempt. Winners in each weight class will have the chance to earn cash prizes, as well as apparel!

The following are the weight classes for entry:

Men- under 181bs, 181-220, 221-250, 250+

Women- Under 140, 141-180, 180-199, 200+

Cost for entry: $20
