We are a 24/7 access facility for members with keyfob access. Staffed hours at 605 Grit Fitness are 9AM-6PM. Staffed hours at Grit 44 Vary, but members can train anytime using their access credentials.

Our staff offers general answers to equipment. You can also book an intro to the gym package with a personal trainer. That package is 4-30 Minute sessions for $99. Please use the trainer request form to request this package!

Yes. We offer day passes, week passes, and 2 week passes for visitors and those wanting to try the gym before joining. We also offer a week free trial for Rapid City residents. Stop by during staffed hours or contact us for detail

Membership includes 24/7 gym access to both locations, use of equipment, and access to available amenities including our Sauna at Grit 44. Some services such as specialty classes or coaching are extra. See staff for more details.

Yes. Memberships can be paused or canceled based on our membership policy. Fee’s may incur. Contact us and we’ll help you through it.

Yes. We offer family plans. Add any member to your membership of choice at 50% off your base membership rate per person.

Yes. We have multiple experienced trainers with different specialties including strength, fat loss, performance, corrective exercise focused training, and obstacle course racing. Please use our training request form and a staff member will reach out for more details!
